PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announce yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $44.255 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Montgomery County Public Building, Ala., Series 1982, tax anticipation warrants, maturing Nov. 1, 1996, and Nov. 1, 2002. $6.435 million called at 101 1/2 on May 1, 1993.

* Desert Sands Unified School District, Series 1990, certificates of participation bonds, maturing May 1, 2010. $5.8 million called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Elk Grove Unified School District, Calif., Series 1992, special tax bond anticipation notes, maturing April 1, 1996. $6.16 million called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Southwestern Elementary School Building Corp., Ind., Series 1976, first mortgage bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 1998. $1.02 million called at 102 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Northern Municipal Power Agency, Minn., Series 1981, electric system revenue bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 2008. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on March 31, 1993.

Norfolk, Neb., Series 1978, industrial development revenue bonds (Norfolk Iron and Metal Company Project), maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1999. $1.355 million called at 100 1/2 on April 1, 1993.

* West Virginia State Housing Development Fund, Series 1979, multi-unit program bonds, maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1999, July 1, 2003, July 1, 2011, and July 1, 2022. $23.485 million called at 102 on April 7, 1993.
