BALTIMORE CITY

* DRUG ARRESTS: Northern District -- Bernard Sells, 43, and Rodney Fennell, 31, both of the 2400 block of Barclay St., were arrested Tuesday afternoon by district narcotics officers during a raid on their home that resulted in the seizure of 200 plastic bags of cocaine valued at $2,000 and a large rock of crack cocaine valued at $4,000. Both men were charged with multiple drug violations and were being held at the Eastern District lockup pending a bail hearing. The arrests came after a lengthy undercover probe of drug trafficking in the Greenmount Avenue corridor.

* SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- An unidentified man was listed in serious condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot in the head Monday night in the 3400 block of Powder Mill Lane. The victim is unable to talk, and police had no other details.

* SHOOTING: Northwestern District -- A resident of the 3700 block of Greenspring Ave. was in the 4400 block of Park Heights Ave. early Tuesday morning when a man shot him in the left leg. The victim was treated at Sinai Hospital.

* SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 800 block of N. Augusta Ave. was shot in the chest, side and foot Monday night when he answered a knock at his door. The gunman escaped. The victim was admitted to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center in serious condition.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 100 block of S. Collins Ave. Tuesday morning and stole cash and property, all valued at more than $2,300.

* SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- A teen-age resident of the 2800 block of Winchester St. was in a video-game store in the 1300 block of Bloomingdale Road Tuesday when a man with a shotgun entered and shot him in the abdomen. The victim was listed in stable condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

* SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 1100 block of N. Fulton Ave. was listed in fair condition at the University of Maryland Medical Center after being shot in the leg Tuesday evening near his home for no apparent reason.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone went onto the front porch of a house in the 2700 block of Berwick Road Tuesday and stole a wooden glider valued at $500.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 2400 block of W. Lafayette Ave. was walking near her home Monday night when a man knocked her down and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at $500.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman wearing a stocking over his face robbed a resident of the 2000 block of Rayner Ave. of her coat, rings and watch, all valued at more than $1,000, in the 1500 block of N. Bentalou St. Monday night.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- Police were seeking a gunman who entered a house in the 2300 block of Druid Hill Ave. Monday night and forced the occupant to give him the undisclosed contents of a safe.

* CARJACKING: Western District -- Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 2200 block of W. Lexington St. of his Jeep at Mondawmin Mall Monday night.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed an employee of Cody Smith bail bonds in the 2300 block of Reisterstown Road of jewelry and other property, all valued at more than $1,000, while the victim was locking the front door of the business Tuesday night.

* THEFT: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1700 block of Carswell St. over the weekend and stole a check made out to the occupant for more than $400.

* ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 1400 block of Carswell St. was in the 1300 block of Filmore St. Sunday night when he was attacked by three men who robbed him of $20.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A heavy-duty drill valued at more than $300 was stolen from an office at the Maryland Rehabilitation Center in the 2300 block of Argonne Drive last month. The theft was reported Monday.

BALTIMORE COUNTY

* ROBBERY: White Marsh District -- An 18-year-old student at Essex Community College in the 7200 block of Rossville Blvd. was walking on the campus Monday afternoon when he was attacked by three males, 18 to 20 years old, who struck him with their fists and robbed him of his wallet containing $165 and a book bag containing several books.

HARFORD COUNTY

* THEFT:Edgewood -- Someone used a cutting torch to remove the padlock from a storage shed owned by the 1-A Construction Co. at a job site at Philadelphia and Edgewood roads between Feb. 18 and March 9 and stole welding equipment valued at $2,000.
