Police arrest three on drug charges

County police say they seized more than 5 ounces of phencyclidine hydrochloride, or PCP, and arrested three people in a Chelsea Beach home Monday night.

Timothy William Hildebrand, 30, and Susan Earechson Turner, 33, both of the 200 block of 10th St., were charged with possession with intent to distribute PCP.

Donald Walker Chapman, 34, also of the 200 block of 10th St., was charged with possession of PCP.

According to the police report, narcotics officers served a search warrant at 11:40 p.m. and seized 5 1/2 ounces of liquid PCP valued at $2,200. Police said they had received complaints from area residents about drug trafficking, and undercover officers bought the drug from residents of the home in the past.
