* Harper's Choice: 5500 block of Suffield Court: Someone smashed a passenger window on a 1990 Nissan Pathfinder between 11 p.m. Sunday and 6:45 a.m. Monday, and stole a $350 portable telephone.

* Hickory Ridge: 10500 block of East Wind Way: Someone smashed a window on a 1990 Nissan Pathfinder between 9:45 p.m Sunday and 6 a.m. Monday and stole several items, including a $1,600 RCA 8-mm camcorder, a $1,500 laptop computer and a $600 black leather jacket.

11300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: Someone entered a 1992 Nissan 240-SX between 10 a.m. Saturday and 7:45 p.m. Sunday, and stole a $500 Sony CD player, a $400 10-inch amplifier, a $30 black leather hand bag, $300 worth of CDs and 100 cassette tapes valued at $1,000.

* Town Center: 10200 block of Wincopin Circle: Someone stole a Maryland temporary license plate (80371A) from a 1993 Subaru Legacy between 5 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
