BALTIMORE CITY

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Several pieces of jewelry were stolen over the weekend by someone who entered a house in the 1100 block of Andover Road after breaking a window in a rear door.

* STOLEN DOG: Southeastern District -- Someone entered a back yard in the 500 block of N. Belnord Ave. Sunday afternoon and stole a black and white pit bull terrier valued at $300.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- A VCR and gold jewelry, all valued at nearly $300, were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 2800 block of Oakley Ave. by someone who entered through a basement door.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- An unknown quantity of cigarettes was stolen from the Sunflower Restaurant in the 2400 block of N. Charles St. Sunday by someone who entered by breaking the front door.

* BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered an apartment in the Carlton Apartments in the 3500 block of N. Charles St. over the weekend and stole photo equipment valued at more than $4,000.

* RAPE/ARREST: Western District -- Kenneth Nelson, 28, of the 1600 block of N. Gilmor St., was arrested and charged with raping a woman inside his home Sunday morning. The woman, a resident of the 2300 block of Riggs Ave., was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center for treatment and released. Mr. Nelson was being held at the station in lieu of $10,000 bail.

* RAPE/ARREST: Western District -- Jimmy Lee Brown, 37, of the 2100 block of Walbrook Ave., was arrested over the weekend and charged with raping a resident of the 3900 block of Fairview Ave. inside a house in the 2100 block of Walbrook Ave. at gunpoint. Mr. Brown, a resident of the 2100 block of Walbrook Ave., is being held at the station without bail.

* ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men assaulted a resident of the 800 block of N. Luzerne Ave. in the 2600 block of Polk St. Sunday night and robbed him of jewelry valued at more than $300.

* BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3800 block of Woodlea Ave. over the weekend through a basement window and stole a VCR.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man with an unknown weapon robbed a resident of the 3500 block of Old Court Road of his car in the 3400 block of Clifton Ave. Sunday.

* ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A man armed with a knife robbed a resident of the 3300 block of Chatham Road of an undisclosed sum of money in the 3000 block of Westwood Ave. Sunday night.

* BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at nearly $500 was stolen from a house in the 2100 block of Allendale Road over the weekend by someone who entered through a door.

* BURGLARY: Southern District -- Someone entered a house in the 3600 block of 6th St. in Brooklyn over the weekend and stole furniture and a microwave oven, all valued at more than $300.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A man armed with a knife robbed a resident of the 2300 block of Riggs Ave. of cash and property Sunday in the 1400 block of W. Lanvale St.

* BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 1900 block of Edmondson Ave. over the weekend through a rear door and stole a VCR valued at $100.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 1300 block of Harlem Ave. of $100 in the 1300 block of W. Lanvale St. Sunday night.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- Police were seeking a 30-year-old resident of the 1600 block of N. Patterson Park Ave. who robbed a resident of the 1300 block of N. Gilmor St. of her cash and property, all valued at nearly $150, near her home Sunday morning.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 800 block of N. Bentalou St. was walking two blocks from his home Saturday night when a man forced him into an alley and robbed him of $150.

* SHOOTING/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested Rosetta Willis, 31, of the 2500 block of Madison Ave., Saturday and charged her with shooting a resident of the 2300 block of Linden Ave. The victim was inside a house in the 2200 block of Druid Hill Ave. around 4 a.m. when a woman fired standing outside fired several shots into the dwelling. The victim was taken to the University of Maryland Medical Center and released. Ms. Willis was arrested shortly after the incident and was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

* ROBBERY: Western District -- Two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed a resident of the 2400 block of Mosher St. of $110 in the 600 block of N. Payson St. Saturday night.

* STOLEN CAR: Northern District -- Someone stole a 1992 Hyundai with Maryland tags SAD764 from the 3800 block of Pall Mall Road Sunday morning.

* RAPE: Northern District -- Police were seeking a man in connection with the rape Sunday morning of a resident of the 1600 block of Chilton St. inside a house in the 2800 block of Mathews St. During the rape, the woman was struck several times in the face. After escaping, the victim was taken to Mercy Medical Center for treatment and released.
