PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 10 issues totaling more than $44.855 million.

The issues being called are:

* Rim of the World School District Educational Facilities Corp., Calif., Series 1991, certificates of participation bonds, maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 2000, and Jan. 1, 2018. $9.615 million called at par on March 29, 1993.

* Clearwater, Fla., Series 1983, first mortgage nursing home revenue bonds (Bethamy Gardens Ltd. Project), maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1997, and April 1, 2013. $3.75 million called at 103 on April 1, 1993.

* Putnam County Hospital Association, Ind., Series 1977, hospital building bonds, maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1997. $1.53 million called at 102 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Clark County, Ky., Series 1979, residential mortgage revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1999, and April 1, 2002. $2.3 million called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

* Louisiana Public Facilities Authority, Series 1983, hospital revenue bonds (Mercy Hospital of New Orleans Project), maturing April 1, 1998. $10.31 million called at 102 on April 1, 1993, after a partial call of $1.565 million at par on April 1, 1993.

* Caledonia, Minn., Series 1975, general obligation bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1996. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Prior Lake, Minn., Series 1976, general obligation bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Prior Lake, Minn., Series 1978, general obligation bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Virginia, Minn., Series 1983, general obligation advance

refunding tax increment bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Port of Portland, Ore., Series 1971, airport revenue bonds, maturing July 1, 2006. $15.785 million called at par on March 18, 1993.
