Her accomplishments: She is president of the senior class and was past president of the junior class as well as the freshman class. She serves as one of two PTSA student representatives.

She is a member of the International Club and SHOP (Students Helping Other People). She plays varsity field hockey, lacrosse and volleyball. She was the school's ambassador for the Hugh O'Brien Youth Foundation leadership seminar.

She was a member of the Lake Aid fund-raiser, which raised money for the Maryland Food Bank. Last year, she won the Humanities and Social Services Award from Xerox Corp.

Outside of school, she volunteers as a Special Olympics guide and as a art aide at Wilde Lake Middle School.

Her comments: I've met a whole lot of different people at my school. There are a whole lot of people out there, and not everyone's going to be like you. You just have to learn to work together and respect one another.

Her goals: She's been accepted to the University of Maryland at College Park and at Baltimore County as well as Hood College. She intends to study either international business or law.
