PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of nine issues totaling more than $6.61 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Prescott Municipal Property Corp., Ariz., Series 1985, water and sewer refunding bonds, maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1999. $2.325 million called at 101 on March 18, 1993.

* Nebraska Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1988, revenue bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, April 1 and Oct. 1, 1994, through April 1, 1998. $2.55 million called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

* Corvallis, Ore., Series 1984 D, general obligation improvement bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Corvallis, Ore., Series 1982 B, general obligation improvement bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

* Corvallis, Ore., Series 1978, general obligation refunding sewer bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Blount County, Tenn., Series 1987, general obligation school bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

* Clarksville, Tenn., Series 1975, general obligation general improvement bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on April 1, 1993.

* Clarksville, Tenn., Series 1976, general obligation general improvement bonds, maturing June 1, 1994, through June 1, 1996. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on June 1, 1993.

* Clarksville, Tenn., Series 1978, general obligation corporate purpose bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1998. $1.735 million called at 101 on April 1, 1993.
