PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $80.27 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Madison County Tenn., Series 1983, hospital revenue refunding and improvement bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2013. $39.15 million called at 103 on April 1, 1993.

* Hendersonville Utility District Tenn. series 1983, waterworks and sewer revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1998. $4.5 million called at 101 1/2 on April 1, 1993.

* Avon Lake Ohio, Series 1978, first mortgage waterworks system revenue bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 2013. $7.4 million called at 103 on April 1, 1993.

* South Dakota Economic Development Finance Authority, series economic development revenue bonds, maturing April 1, through April 1, 2010. $3.38 million called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Montgomery County, Ky., Series 1979, residential mortgage revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2002. $3.83 million bonds called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

* Floyd County, Ky., Series 1979, residential mortgage revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2002. $6.11 million bonds called at 102 on April 1, 1993.

Utah State Municipal Finance Cooperation, Series 1991, local government revenue bonds, (Pooled Capital Improvement Financing Program), maturing Dec. 1, 2000. $15.9 million bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Green Bay, Wis., Series 1984, general obligation refunding bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on April 1, 1993.
