Woman from Columbia assaulted outside bar

A 23-year-old Columbia woman was assaulted outside a Pasadena bar early Friday, police reported.

Officers said the woman was leaving A. L. Gators in the 8500 block of Fort Smallwood Road at 2:03 a.m. when she saw a man urinating in the street. The man turned and exposed himself to her and made several suggestive comments, the police report said.

After the pair began insulting each other, the man and two other women pushed her to the ground and began beating her. Bouncers from the bar broke up the fight, the police report said, but the assailants left before police could arrive.

The man was described as white, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 230 pounds with short brown hair and wearing a black sweat shirt and jeans. The women were described as white in their early 20s and about 5 feet 4 inches tall.
