7 Annapolis (16-6, 138) -- Last week: Lewis Day scored 17 and B. J. Gross had 16 in a 84-83 overtime victory over Meade on Tuesday. 8 Loyola (23-8, 134) -- Last week: Wes Unseld Jr. scored 20 in a 63-36 victory over Curley, in the quarterfinals of the Catholic League Tournament on Saturday. In the semifinals yesterday, the Dons defeated Calvert Hall, 65-63. Next game: Today against No. 10 Towson Catholic in Catholic League Tournament championship at Loyola College.

9 Gibbons (19-14, 111) -- Last week: In a 67-54 victory over St. Frances in Saturday's Catholic League Tournament quarterfinals, Troy Queen scored 26 and Steve Wojociechowski had 15. Yesterday, the Crusaders lost to Towson Catholic, 51-39, in the semifinals. Next game: Season over.

10 Towson Catholic (19-11, 99) -- Last week: In a 56-46 win over Goretti in the Catholic League Tournament quarterfinals on Saturday, James Burrell and Reggie Rhinehart each scored 14. Next game: Today against No. 8 Loyola in Catholic League Tournament championship at Loyola College.

11 Calvert Hall (19-11, 95) -- Last week: Tuesday, the Cardinals lost to Mount St. Joseph, 70-61, as Chris Wilson scored 19.
