Graham, 32, was sentenced to two years, with all but six months suspended, and was fined $5,000 by Baltimore Circuit Judge Paul Smith, who agreed to allow Graham to begin serving his sentence March 23 at the Carroll County Detention Center. Graham has already paid $100,000 in restitution, said Michael McDonough, an assistant state prosecutor.
