* Ellicott City: 8000 block of Main St.: A gray 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass was stolen between 12:10 p.m. and 2:55 p.m. Sunday. The license plates are PLZ-259.

8600 block of Baltimore National Pike: A beige 1993 Honda Accord without license plates was stolen from O'Donnell Honda between Feb. 7 and Feb. 19.

8900 block of Town and Country Blvd.: Witnesses reported three men breaking into cars about 4 a.m. Sunday. Officers stopped a car carrying the alleged vandals and found stolen property inside. Arrested and charged with theft were: Calizpo Dela Cruz, 30, of Manassas, Va.; Jose Rolando, 27, also of Manassas, Va.; and Jorge Diaz, 19, of the 8700 block of Cloudleap Court in Columbia.

4700 block of Leyden Way: Someone drove a vehicle across the back yard of a home between 9 a.m. Feb. 18 and 11 a.m. Feb. 20, and destroyed an evergreen tree.

9700 block of Longview Drive: Someone entered a 1986 Toyota Corolla between 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday, and stole a $400 AM-FM cassette player, a $50 pair of ladies' snow boots, a $150 Cobra radar detector and a $75 pair of binoculars.

3600 block of Rogers Ave.: Someone entered a 1985 Ford Taurus between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday and stole $7 in coins while the owner attended services at St. Peter's Episcopal Church.

9100 block of E. Stayman Drive: Someone entered a 1991 Dodge Colt between 10:30 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday, and stole two speakers valued at $100.

* Elkridge: 5500 block of Levering Avenue: Someone damaged the right door mirror on a 1982 Pontiac J200 between 8 p.m. Feb. 20 and 5 a.m. Feb. 21, and stole a $500 Craftsman toolbox.

7200 block of Route 1: Someone cut a lock on a gate at Maryland Transmissions Inc. between 4:30 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday, and stole four tires valued at $100 each from a 1985 Toyota Supra.
