PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $20.38 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Huntsville, Ala., Series 1976, refunding sewer revenue bonds, maturing Oct. 1, 1993, through Oct. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

San Bernardino Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1983, tax allocation refunding bonds (Southeast Industrial Park Redevelopment Project Area), maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 1998, and March 1, 2014. $10.42 million called at 102 1/2 on March 1, 1993.

* Portland, Ore., Series 1983, urban renewal and redevelopment bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2003. $6.415 million called at 102 1/2 on April 1, 1993.

Eldridge Road Municipal Utility District, Texas, Series 1983, unlimited tax bonds, maturing April 1, 1999, through April 1, 2011. $3.545 million called at 102 1/2 on April 1, 1993.

* Montgomery County Utility District No. 3, Texas, Series 1974, waterworks and sewer revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Montgomery County Utility District No. 3, Texas, Series 1975, waterworks and sewer revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2004. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Montgomery County Utility District No. 3, Texas, Series 1977, waterworks and sewer revenue bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 2005. All outstanding bonds called at par on April 1, 1993.

* Green Bay Area Public School District, Wis., Series 1985, general obligation bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, and April 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on April 1, 1993.
