In chocolate chip Nirvana, pies are spelled 'Toll House'

For chocolate chip cookie lovers -- and you know who you are -- the ultimate fantasy has to include the Toll House Pie from the Eldorado Country Club in McKinney, Texas. It's part cookie, part pie.

3%Eldorado Country Club Toll House Pie Makes 8 servings.

butter (for pie pan)

2 eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Rub with butter a 9-inch pie plate. Beat eggs until foamy. Add flour and sugars; beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Bake for 30 minutes or until set and light golden. Serve in wedges with ice cream.
