STOLEN CAR: Western District -- A 1980 Oldsmobile with Maryland tags ZRV302 and owned by a resident of the 3600 block of Yennar Lane in Baltimore County, was stolen Tuesday from the 1600 block of N. Carey Street.

SHOOTING: Western District -- Someone fired several shots at a man in the 2500 block of McCulloh St. Wednesday, hitting him in the calf and the shoulder. The gunman escaped, and the victim, of the 2300 block of McCulloh St., was taken to Maryland General Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.

THEFT: Western District -- Police were seeking five youths in connection with the theft of $50 from the bedroom of an apartment in the 1400 block of N. Fulton Ave. Wednesday. The occupant reported that the five were playing a video game in the bedroom and that when they left she discovered the money was missing from a dresser.

SHOOTING: Western District -- A resident of the 2400 block of Francis St. was listed in good condition at the University of Maryland Medical Center after being shot by someone riding in a gold Honda as the vehicle passed him in the 2300 block of Druid Hill Ave. Wednesday.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 4500 block of Clareway of $7 in the 900 block of W. Saratoga St. Thursday morning after striking the victim over the head with a hard object. The victim was treated at the scene by the crew of a city fire department ambulance.

THEFT: Western District -- Someone entered a second-floor office at Bon Secours Hospital in the 2000 block of W. Baltimore St. between Wednesday and yesterday and stole computer equipment valued at $4,000.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1600 block of Edmondson Ave. was in the 600 block of N. Gilmor St. early Thursday morning when two men, one armed with a handgun, robbed him of a gold necklace valued at $322.

ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 2500 block of W. Fairmount Ave. was near his home Wednesday when two men called out to him. During a conversation, one of the men stabbed the victim in the back. He was treated at a hospital and released.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2700 block of W. North Ave. Thursday through the front door and stole cash and property, all valued at nearly $1,000.

THEFT: Southeastern District -- Someone entered the trunk of a car parked in the 300 block of S. Albermarle St. Thursday and stole a pair of sunglasses, clothing, a cellular phone, golf clubs, an umbrella and baseball equipment, all valued at more than $1,000.

THEFT: Southeastern District -- More than $500 and four blank checks were stolen from the National Education Center in the 3600 block of O'Donnell St. Wednesday.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Two TVs, a recliner and stereo equipment, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen from a house in the 2100 block of Moyer St. Wednesday by someone who entered through a rear door.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- A 13-inch TV and a cam-corder, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a house in the 500 block of N. Belnord Ave. Thursday by someone who entered through the front door.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- Two men, one armed with a hand

gun, robbed the Texaco service station at the Baltimore Port Truck Plaza in the 5500 block of O'Donnell St. of more than $200 Thursday.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A resident of the 300 block of Pine St. in Turners Station was robbed of her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $300, in the 1200 block of E. Baltimore St. Thursday by a man who asked her for a quarter.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Property valued at nearly $500 was stolen from a house in the 3400 block of E. Baltimore St. Thursday by someone who entered through a rear door.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A resident of the 100 block of Aisquith St. was in the stairway of an apartment building in the 100 block of S. Exeter St. Thursday when she was robbed of $20 by three men.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Property valued at nearly $400 was stolen from the Penny Saver grocery in the 3100 block of E. Baltimore St. by someone who entered after breaking a window.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Someone entered the Cafe Fortunato in the 700 block of S. Broadway Wednesday after breaking a window and stole more than $100.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 4500 block of Westchester Road was in the 1400 block of W. Pratt St. Thursday morning when a man pushed her to the pavement and stole her purse containing cash and property, all valued at more than $500.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A deliveryman for Vizzini's pizza was in the 2500 block of Giles Ave. Thursday night when he was robbed of $50 by two men, one armed with a handgun.
