Crosby hires account executives

Heidi Richter and Bruce Popka have joined Annapolis-based Crosby Communications, Inc. as account executives.

Ms. Richter comes to Crosby from Kansas agency MRA/Sandven, where she handled accounts including truck part manufacturer Navistar and Life Care Services Corp., a retirement housing developer.

With more than a decade of experience with Baltimore and Texas agencies, Mr. Popka has dealt primarily with health-care related accounts and has been the public relations director for St. Joseph Hospital in Houston.
