Judge OKs plan for LTV
A federal bankruptcy judge yesterday approved a disclosure statement laying out the details of LTV Corp.'s Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization plan, a key step in the process for the steel company to emerge from its six-year bankruptcy.
