PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $41.7 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Rogers Residential Housing Facilities Board, Ark., Series 1979, single-family mortgage revenue bonds, maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through Sept. 1, 1998. $2.385 million called at 101 1/2 on March 1, 1993.

* Anne Arundel County, Md., Series 1983, general obligation bonds, maturing March 15, 1994, through March 15, 2013. $20.25 million called at 102 on March 15, 1993.

* Grandview, Mo., Series 1986, sewerage system revenue bonds, maturing March 1, 1996. All outstanding bonds called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Missouri State Housing Development Commission, Series 1982, capital appreciation notes, maturing Sept. 15, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at 100 percent of accreted value on March 15, 1993.

* Clackamas County School District No. 108, Ore., Series 1980, general obligation bonds, maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2000. $3.285 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Oregon State, Series 1981, general obligation bonds, maturing Feb. 1, 1998. All of the above outstanding bonds called at par on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Port of Portland, Ore., Series 1971, Portland International Airport Revenue bonds, maturing July 1, 2006. $15.785 million called at par on March 18, 1993.

* Cocke County, Tenn., Series 1988, general obligation bonds, maturing April 1, 1994, through April 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on April 1, 1993.
