Yesterday's snowy conditions postponed three high school basketball games involving Carroll County teams -- all of which will be made up tonight.

In boys action, Liberty will be at South Carroll and Francis Scott Key travels to Brunswick. Liberty will play host to South Carroll in girls play. All three games are slated to start at the regular 7 p.m. varsity time.

The South Carroll-Liberty boys matchup will be a battle for second place in the county. The host Cavaliers (5-14) are 2-2 in the county, and the Lions (4-15) fell to 2-3 Friday after being upset by North Carroll.

Westminster clinched the title Friday with a 70-58 win over South Carroll. Going into last night's game against North Carroll -- the only boys game not postponed -- the Owls were 10-8 overall and 5-0 in county play.

With North Carroll in control of atop the girls standings, South Carroll and Liberty -- both 2-2 in the county -- are playing for second place.

The first meeting between the two teams last month went down to the wire, with Liberty coming away with a 37-35 win over the host Cavaliers.
