ARSON: Eastern District -- Someone set fire to a two-story vacant rowhouse in the 1300 block of N. Port St. early today, causing at least $10,000 damage. Capt. Paul Geoghegan of the arson squad said a flammable fluid was apparently used to set the fire, which was reported at 1:35 a.m. and under control in lTC less than 30 minutes. The fire extensively damaged the interior of the house and spread to the roof of an adjoining house, whose occupants escaped without injury.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Property valued at nearly $1,300 was stolen from a 1985 Ford parked in the 2800 block of Loch Raven Blvd. Sunday.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 2700 block of the Alameda Monday morning and stole a TV and a VCR, all valued at more than $1,000.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 2700 block of the Alameda was in the 2700 block of Harford Road Monday night when two men, one with a handgun, robbed him of $7.

ROBBERY TRY: Southwestern District -- Two men tried to rob a resident of the 600 block of Gibson Road in the 4100 block of Frederick Ave. Saturday but fled when he cried out for help.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Someone entered a house in the 400 block of Colleen Road Saturday through a bedroom window and stole cash and property, all valued at $150.

CUTTING: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 1600 block of Cole St. was in the 1200 block of Haverhill Road Monday when he was attacked by a man who stabbed him in the chest and right hand. The victim was treated at St. Agnes Hospital.

CARJACKING: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 300 block of Yale Ave. was forced from her car in the 300 block of S. Augusta Ave. Monday morning by a man. He drove off but abandoned the car nearby.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Someone entered a house in the 1300 block of Elrino St. Monday and stole a TV and a VCR.

BURGLARY: Southeastern District -- Nearly $500 worth of meat was stolen from a freezer inside a house in the 100 block of N. Luzerne Ave. Monday by someone who entered through a rear kitchen window.

ROBBERY: Southeastern District -- A resident of the 2200 block of E. Baltimore St. was robbed of $200 in the 900 block of E. Fayette St. Monday by a man who attacked her from the rear.

ROBBERY/SHOOTING: Western District -- A gunman shot a female resident of the 2300 block of Winchester St. in the left jaw after robbing her and a male companion of $60 Sunday in the 600 block of N. Dukeland St. The woman is listed in good condition at the University of Maryland Medical Center. The man was not injured.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a couple of more than $160 Sunday night in the 2400 block of Pennsylvania (( Ave.

SHOOTING: Northern District -- A resident of the 1200 block of Weldon Ave. was treated at Sinai Hospital and released after being shot in the left leg with a .22-caliber handgun during an incident in the 3700 block of Falls Road Sunday. A 16-year-old boy is being sought.

BREAK-IN: Northern District -- Several cartons of cigarettes and bottles of liquor, all valued at more than $500, were stolen over the weekend from the Crown market in the 2400 block of St. Paul St.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 4200 block of St. George's Ave. over the weekend and stole two TVs, a VCR, stereo equipment, an answering machine and a telephone, all valued at nearly $2,000.

ROBBERY: Northern District -- A man who implied he had a handgun robbed a resident of the 2200 block of St. Paul St. of a bag of groceries and a six-pack of beer, all valued at $18, in the first block of E. 22nd St. Saturday.

SHOOTING: Northern District -- A resident of the 3700 block of Greenmount Ave. is listed in good condition at Sinai Hospital after he was shot in the left hip Saturday night by a gunman in the 4000 block of Old York Road.

Baltimore County

STOLEN CAR RECOVERED: Parkville District -- Police were seeking three men who abandoned a 1986 Pontiac Trans Am on Trappe Road near Route 702 early Sunday morning after stealing it from the 7900 block of Marfield Place earlier. A state trooper pursued the car for several minutes before it stopped near a woods and the men escaped. A helicopter and a K-9 unit were used in the search.

SHOOTING: Towson District -- A 19-year-old resident of the 5000 block of Goodnow Road was treated at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center Saturday and released after he was shot in the shoulder and hand by one of two men as he walked along Hillsway Avenue near Solar Circle. The two men escaped.

HARFORD COUNTY

VANDALISM: Joppatowne -- Someone broke the side mirrors and the radio antennas of four vehicles owned by Harford County Environmental Systems in the 800 block of Chatfield Road over the weekend.

THEFT: Fallston -- Police were seeking a couple in their 30s who stole two boxes of professional football cards from a display shelf at the Revco store in the 2300 block of Bel Air Road over the weekend.
