* Elkridge: 7100 block of Ducketts Lane: A 1990 Jawa 210 sport moped was stolen between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Thursday. There were no tags on the moped.

* Ellicott City: : 8600 block of Main St.: Someone backed into the garage door of Carter's Yellow Bus Service about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Golden Triangle Shopping Center: Someone entered the Triangle Auto Parts store about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday and was seen shoplifting a Club anti-theft device valued at $59.95. When confronted by an employee, the shoplifter fled, dropping the Club. The suspect was last seen in a 1979 Ford Mustang heading east on U.S. 40.

3600 block of Park Ave.: An open shed was entered between 4 p.m. Feb. 4 and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, and ski boots and poles were taken.

8400 of block of Baltimore National Pike: A lock was twisted from a door between midnight and 7 a.m. Friday, and an undisclosed amount of cash was taken.

8900 block of Baltimore National Pike: A 1987 Buick Somerset was recovered from the Normandy Bowling Alley about 3 p.m. Tuesday. The car had been stolen in Baltimore.
