Susan M. Milstein, associate professor of economics and business administration at Western Maryland College, has received the 1992 Outstanding Accounting Teaching Award from the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Kerry A. Sullivan, a chemistry major at Loyola College, has been awarded a $3,000 scholarship by the Baltimore Chemical

Association.

Nick Walters, a junior at Towson Catholic High School and son of Connie and Sanford K. Walters, was awarded second prize and a check for $2,000 in the Rolaids Second Annual Relief Hero Contest for his work and efforts to raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

Frances Bond, associate dean of the College of Education at Towson State University, received the Presi

dent's Award for Distinguished Service to the university during the January commencement ceremonies.

Tifany Cline, a seventh-grader at Roland Park Country School, has been selected as a member of the violin section of the Maryland All-State Orchestra.

Linda Meck, Harry X. Peaker and Roxanna Lynn Roberts, all of Baltimore, have been inducted into the Essex Community College chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor fraternity at two-year colleges in the United States.

Dr. Rosetta Stith, principal of the Laurence G. Paquin Middle/Secondary School for Expectant Teenage Mothers, was recognized by the Baltimore chapter of the Continental Societies for her work with children and youth.
