Park, Garrison Forrest advance to AIS B final

Junior forward Kim Wiley scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Park (17-1, 14-0) over St. Paul's (7-7, 7-4), 55-34, in the semifinals of an AIS B Division Tournament yesterday.

Sophomore guard Alexa Wilder added 15 points, as Park advanced to tomorrow's final at 8 p.m. against Garrison Forest at the College of Notre Dame.

* Garrison Forest 48, Friends 27: Liza Shoemaker led all scorers with 13 as Garrison Forest beat Friends to advance to the finals of the AIS B Division Tournament.

* Mercy 41, IND 39: Senior center Gayle Belz, who scored 14 points, helped No. 7 Mercy (16-6, 12-2) fend off a late rally by the Institute of Notre Dame (9-11, 6-8) to hold on for a Catholic League win.

* Milford Mill 58, Sparrows Point 35: Senior forward Yolanda Matthews scored 20 as visiting Milford Mill (14-3, 13-3) defeated Sparrows Point (2-12, 2-11) in a Baltimore County 2A-1A game.

* Loch Raven 56, Patapsco 27: Senior Shelly Kleas scored 12 points to lead No. 8 Loch Raven (16-0, 14-0) over host Patapsco (10-6, 9-5) in a Baltimore County 2A-1A League game. Patapsco's Melanie Moskowitz led all scorers with 14.

* Owings Mills 46, Chesapeake-BC 31: Senior guard Allison Klein scored a game-high 25 points and grabbed 18 rebounds to lead host Owings Mills (6-9) over Chesapeake in a Baltimore County 2A-1A game.

Boys basketball

* Woodlawn 57, Kenwood 47: Emanuele Adekunle scored a game-high 16 points to lead unbeaten No. 5 Woodlawn (19-0) past host Kenwood in a Baltimore County 4A-3A game.

* Perry Hall 72, Franklin 48: Jeff Burrows scored 16 as No. 18 Perry Hall beat Franklin in a Baltimore County 4A-3A contest.

* Catonsville 80, Parkville 47: Mike Barrett scored 22 to lead No. 13 Catonsville past Parkville in a Baltimore County 4A-3A game.

* Dundalk 69, Randallstown 66: Sophomore guard Mario Smith had 26 points as host Dundalk (11-7, 9-7) defeated Randallstown in a Baltimore County 4A-3A League game.

* Overlea 66, Towson 55: Senior forward Gerald Palmer led all scorers with 22 as host Overlea (13-4, 11-3) defeated visiting Towson in a Baltimore County 2A-1A League game.

* Loch Raven 71, Patapsco 64: Dane Elterman scored 26 to lead Loch Raven (13-5, 12-2) past Patapsco (7-8, 7-7) in a Baltimore County 2A-1A contest.
