PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 11 issues totaling more than $90.74 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Antietam School District, Pa., Series 1988, general obligation bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through Sept. 1, 2002. $4.1 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Keystone Central School District, Pa., Series 1988, general obligation bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1997, through Sept. 1, 2002, Sept. 1, 2005, and Sept. 1, 2008. All of the above outstanding bonds called at par on March 1, 1993.

Mars Area School District, Pa., Series 1987, general obligation bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through Sept. 1, 1995. All %J outstanding bonds called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Pittsburgh, Pa., Series 1983, general obligation bonds maturing March 1, 1998, March 1, 2003, and March 1, 2008. $43.52 million called at 103 on March 1, 1993.

* Wyomissing School District, Pa., Series 1988 B, general obligation bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2003, and March 1, 2007. $4.24 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Arlington Industrial Development Corp., Texas, Series 1982, industrial development revenue bonds (Kerr Glass Manufacturing Corp. Facility) maturing Sept. 1, 2002. All outstanding bonds called at par on March 2, 1993.

* Sam Rayburn Municipal Power Agency, Texas, Series 1982, power supply system revenue bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1995, and Sept. 1, 1996. $5.225 million called at 103 on March 1, 1993.

* Vermont Educational and Health Buildings Finance Agency, Series 1982, revenue bonds (Medical Center Hospital of Vermont) maturing Sept. 1, 2016. $13.295 million called at 102 on March 11, 1993.

* Marshall Village, Wis., Series 1985, general obligation bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at par on March 1, 1993.

Superior, Wis., Series 1976, general obligation corporate purpose bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through Sept. 1, 1996. $1.7 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Wyoming Municipal Power Agency, Series 1978, power supply system revenue bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 1998, and Jan. 1, 2016. $18.66 million called at 100 1/2 on March 11, 1993.
