Partnership owns Shore Sails Annapolis

A partnership between Kevin Ryman and Jeff Riedle has assumed ownership and operation of Shore Sails Annapolis.

Mr. Ryman, an eight-year Shore Sails veteran, is the company's new chief operating officer, with Mr. Riedle as vice president and production manager.

Both will have sales and service responsibilities.

Shannon & Luchs names top lister

Shannon & Luchs Realtors' Annapolis office recently announced its Top Producer and Top Lister for December 1992, which showed a 56 percent increase over December of 1991 in total listings, and seven times the sales and dollar volume for the same period.

Janet Hannsz was recognized as Top Producer, and Judy Leichtman was named Top Lister for that month.

'Radiology' adds Reinig to editorial board

James W. Reinig has been appointed to the Editorial Board of the journal Radiology as one of seven new Associate Editors.

Dr. Reinig is a member of the Annapolis Radiology Associates, and will be in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging section of the journal.

A recipient of the Radiology Editor's Recognition Award in 1987-1992, Dr. Reinig is an alumnus of the Medical University of South Carolina.

Manis & Wright adds to investment unit

Manis & Wright Realty, an Annapolis real estate firm, has added Mike Bocchichio to its commercial investment division.

A commercial real estate agent for the past seven years, Mr. Bocchichio is a Certified Commercial Investment Banker.

Neall names 4 to economic panel

Four local business people have been appointed to the Economic Development Finance Committee by County Executive Robert R. Neall.

New members serving two-year terms are: James I. Triebwasser, manager of Glen Burnie Business Center; Dallas R. Evans, vice president and general manager of Snow White Cleaners Inc.; Robert J. Brown, president of American Banking Services; and Kay Frances Pride, president of J&K Distributors.

The 13-member committee reviews requests by county businessmen for Direct Loans and Loan Guarantees from the County Incentive Fund.

The fund, managed by the Office of Economic Development, has made $1.6 million available to 26 companies since it was established six years ago.

Mary Kay seller attends conference

Donna Dziuban of Pasadena recently attended a business conference for Mary Kay Independent Sales Directors from the U.S. and Canada in New Orleans, La.

The cosmetic company sponsors the annual conference to motivate, educate and recognize members of its sales force.
