PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 10 issues totaling more than $45.045 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Pima County Flood Control District, Ariz., Series 1979, refunding bonds, maturing Nov. 1, 2009, and Nov. 1, 2009. $12.08 million called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Beverly Hills Parking Authority, Calif., Series 1981, parking revenue bonds, maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through Sept. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at 101 1/2 on March 1, 1993.

* Beverly Hills Parking Authority, Calif., Series 1978, parking revenue bonds, maturing Sept. 1, 2004. All outstanding bonds called at par on March 1, 1993.

* California Educational Facilities Authority, Series 1983, revenue bonds (University of San Diego Project), maturing March 1, 1996, 1999, and 2008. $9.815 million called on March 1, 1993, at 101 1/2 for the 1996 maturity and 102 for the 1999 and 2008 maturities.

* Los Angeles Municipal Housing Corp., Calif., Series 1982, MBIA-Insured Mortgage Revenue bonds (Buckingham Apartments), maturing Aug. 15, 2005. $3.8 million called at 104 1/2 on Feb. 15, 1993.

* Los Angeles Municipal Housing Corp., Calif., Series 1982, MBIA-Insured Mortgage Revenue bonds (E.A. Bradley), maturing Aug. 15, 2005. $4.335 million called at 104 1/2 on Feb. 15, 1993.

* Los Angeles Municipal Housing Corp., Calif., Series 1982, MBIA-Insured Mortgage Revenue bonds (Lankershim Arms), maturing Aug. 15, 2005. $2.835 million called at 104 1/2 on Feb. 15, 1993.

* Los Angeles Municipal Housing Corp., Calif., Series 1983, MBIA-Insured Mortgage Revenue bonds (Baldwin Villa), maturing Aug. 15, 2006. $12.18 million called at 105 on Feb. 15, 1993.

* San Diego, Calif., Series 1983, certificate of participation bonds (Western Division Police Station Project), maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2014. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on March 1, 1993.

* East Baton Rouge Parish, La., Series 1973, industrial pollution control revenue bonds (Stauffer Chemical Company Project), maturing Sept. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on March 1, 1993.
