PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 10 issues totaling more than $ 155.65 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Tucson, Ariz., Industrial Development Authority, Series 1983, first mortgage industrial revenue bonds (Balmoral Lodge), maturing March 1, 2006. $1.6 million called on March 1, 1993 at par.

* California Statewide Communities Development Authority, Series 1990, industrial development revenue bonds (Applied Bio-Systems), maturing Sept. 1, 2010. $3.5 million called at par on Feb. 3, 1993.

* East Bay, Calif., Municipal Utility District, Series 1983 B, water system revenue bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2003, and March 1, 2008; Series 1983 L, water development project for East Bay Area bonds, maturing from March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2008; Series 1986 B, wastewater treatment system bonds, maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2003, and March 1, 2008. $119.5 million called at 102.5 on March 1, 1993.

* Fresno, Calif., Redevelopment Agency, Series 1983, certificates participation, maturing March 1, 1994 through March 1, 2013. $12.36 called at 102 on March 1, 1993.

Clinton, Mich., Series 1984 A & B, industrial revenue bonds maturing Nov. 1, 1994. $6.1 million called at par on May 1, 1993.

* Jackson County, Mo., Reorganized School District 4, Series 1986, general obligation school building bonds maturing March 1, 1997. $1.315 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Carlisle, Penn., Area School District, Series 1988, general obligation bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1996, through Sept. 1, 2000. $6 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Knoxville, Tenn., Series 1988 A, gas system revenue bonds, maturing March 1, 1995, through March 1, 2003. $5.275 million called at 102, on March 1, 1993.
