RAPE: Northeastern District -- A woman was walking in the 1600 block of E. North Ave. shortly after noon Sunday when a man with a knife forced her to accompany him to the grounds of the nearby Cliftmont Elementary School, where he raped her and robbed her of a wedding ring and a bracelet. After reporting the incident, the woman was taken to the Francis Scott Key Medical Center for treatment .

CUTTING/ARREST: Western District -- A resident of the 1800 block of W. Lanvale St. was cut on the head, chest and fingers with a knife by a man she knows at her home Saturday. The woman refused medical treatment, and an arrest was made.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 4000 block of Glen Ave. in the 900 block of N. Fulton Ave. early Sunday of $40. Later, Central District police made an arrest. A man was being held at the Western District lockup pending charges and a bail hearing before a District Court commissioner.

ROBBERY/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a man and were holding him at the station pending charges he assaulted and robbed a resident of the 1100 block of Druid Hill Ave. of $34 in the 1500 block of W. North Ave. Sunday.

THEFT: Western District -- Police were seeking a woman who stole a VCR valued at $200 from a house in the 1800 block of W. North Ave. while the occupant was away Sunday.

THEFT: Western District -- Someone entered a car owned by a resident of the first block of Otley Court while the vehicle was parked in the 2200 block of N. Payson St. Sunday and stole a cellular phone valued at more than $200.

THEFT: Western District -- A man stole several toilet articles from shelves at the Farm Fresh store at the Mondawmin Mall Sunday.

CARJACKING: Western District -- A man with a knife forced a resident of the 2300 block of Ashburton St. out of her 1986 Chevrolet Cavalier while she was parked near her home Sunday and drove off. In the car was the victim's purse containing cash and property, all of unknown value.

THEFT: Western District -- A 10-speed mountain bike valued at $200 was stolen from the 2200 block of Riggs Ave. Saturday while it was left unattended.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Someone entered an apartment in the 2100 block of W. Lexington St. through a side door Sunday and stole property of unknown value.

THEFT: Western District -- Two bottles of wine were stolen from a car parked in the 9900 block of N. Arlington Ave. Sunday afternoon.

THEFT: Western District -- A stereo turntable was stolen from a house in the 500 block of N. Carrollton Ave. Sunday afternoon by a man known to the owner of the property. No arrest has been made.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Six sets of keys were stolen from a house in the 200 block of Calverton Road Sunday by someone who entered through a window.

THEFT: Western District -- A VCR, 35mm camera, a flash unit and a lens, all valued at more than $700, were stolen Sunday from a car that was parked in the 2100 block of N. Monroe St.

ASSAULT: Western District -- A resident of the 2500 block of Woodbrook Ave. was cut with a razor Sunday by a woman he knows at his house. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment. The woman was being sought.

THEFT: Western District -- A man entered the Farm Fresh store at the Mondawmin Mall Sunday and stole several toothbrushes and three tubes of toothpaste before fleeing.

AUTO THEFT: Southwestern District -- A 1987 Buick with Maryland tags YMY-012 was stolen from the 3100 block of Westmont Ave. Saturday.

ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- A resident of the 6700 block of Fox Meadow Road in Baltimore County was assaulted by two men, one with a handgun and the other a piece of wood, in the 2000 block of Forest Park Ave. Saturday night.

SEX ASSAULT: Southwestern District -- Police were seeking a man who forced a 14-year-old girl into his car Saturday night then drove her to the 2700 block of Baker St. where he forced her to commit a sex act.

THEFT: Southwestern District -- Two Honda dirt bikes valued at nearly $2,700 were stolen over the weekend from a house in the 1200 block of Braddish Ave.

THEFT/ARREST: Northern District -- Yong Jae Kim, 33, of South Korea, was arrested Saturday and charged with theft when he reportedly bought nearly $200 worth of drinks for several patrons at the Seoul Inn in the 2500 block of N. Howard St. Saturday but failed to pay for them. Mr. Kim was released on his own recognizance by a District Court commissioner.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 100 block of W. 27th St. Saturday night and stole property valued at more than $2,000.

BURGLARY: Northern District -- Golf clubs, a cooking grill, clothing and several other pieces of property, all valued at nearly $1,200, were stolen over the weekend from a storage shed in the 1700 block of Mount Washington Court.

THEFT: Northern District -- Someone entered a house in the 500 block of E. 43rd St. Sunday and stole a 13-inch TV valued at nearly $160.
