PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $57.8 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Central School District, Calif., Series 1991, certificate of participation bonds (Elementary School Project) maturing April 1, through April 1, 2004, April 1, 2010, and April 1, 2023. All outstanding bonds called at par on Feb. 15, 1993.

* Rim World Unified School District, Calif., Series 1977 B, educational facilities corporation bonds maturing Aug. 1, 1995, through Aug. 1, 2000. All of the above outstanding bonds called on Feb. 1, 1993, at par plus a premium of one-quarter of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date.

* Rim World Unified School District, Calif., Series 1977 A, educational facilities corporation bonds maturing Aug. 1, 1995, through Aug. 1, 2000. All of the above outstanding bonds called on Feb. 1, 1993, at par plus a premium of one-quarter of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date.

* South Dakota Housing Development Authority, Series 1983 A, homeownership mortgage bonds, current interest bonds maturing May 1, 1993, and May 1, 1998, capital appreciation bonds maturing May 1, 2014. $17.821 called on Feb. 15, 1993, current interest bonds called at par, capital appreciation bonds called at 100 percent of accreted value.

* South Dakota Housing Development Authority, Series 1983, homeownership mortgage bonds maturing May 1, 1995. Partial call of $5 million at par on Feb. 15, 1993.

* Memphis, Tenn., Series 1983 A, general improvement bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 1997. $22.915 million called at 102 on March 1, 1993.

* Memphis, Tenn., Series 1983, general improvement bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 1998. $12.13 million called at 101 1/2 on March 1, 1993.
