* Ellicott City: 10400 block of Frederick Road: Someone threwrocks, stones, an old softball, a baseball and a small concrete block at the Kiwanis Hall Building in Kiwanis Park, breaking nine windows between 10 p.m. Jan. 15 and 6:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Speaker wires also were pulled down and street lights at the concession stand were broken.

4500 block of Rolling Meadow Drive: Four holes were found in the screen of a rear sliding door between 11 p.m. Monday and TC a.m. Tuesday.

3700 block of Maryland Avenue: A red 1986 Pontiac Fiero was stolen between 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday. The Maryland plates are ZXE-421.
