Bond Redemptions

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of eight issues totaling more than $23.1 million.

1! The issues being called are: * Anchorage Parking Authority, Alaska, Series 1985, lease revenue bonds (5th Avenue Garage Project) maturing Dec. 1, 2008. $16.655 million called at par on Feb. 3, 1993.

* San Bernardino Redevelopment Agency, Calif., Series 1971, tax allocation bonds maturing Feb. 15, 1996. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on Feb. 15, 1993.

* Mount Hood Community College District, Ore., Series 1975, general obligation bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2005. $3.065 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

Philadelphia Hospitals Authority, Pa., Series 1983, revenue bonds (Saint Agnes Medical Center) maturing Aug. 1, 2003, and Aug. 1, 2022. All of the above outstanding bonds called at par on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Southern York County School District, Pa., Series 1988, general obligation bonds maturing Sept. 1, 1993, through Sept. 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Charleston, S.C., Series 1983, general obligation bonds maturing March 1, 1994 through March 1, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at 102 1/2 on March 1, 1993.

* Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 136, Texas, Series 1976, waterworks and sewer system revenue bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2006. $2.105 million called at par on March 1, 1993.

* Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 136, Texas, Series 1976 A, waterworks and sewer system revenue bonds maturing March 1, 1994, through March 1, 2006. $1.29 million called at par on March 1, 1993.
