Dr. Santos is honored for service to St. Agnes

Ellicott City's Dr. Arsenio Santos was one of five physicians recently honored at the 31st Annual St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Lecture at the Turf Valley Hotel and Country Club.

Dr. Santos was lauded for 25 years of service to St. Agnes Hospital and the community. Commemorative plaques were presented to the honored physicians by Robert E. Pezzoli, hospital president.
