PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $18.8 million.

+The issues being called are:

* Orange and Orlando, Calif., Series 1985 A, certificates of participation bonds maturing Aug. 1, 1993, through Aug. 1, 2001, and Aug. 1, 2010. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on Feb. 1, 1993.

* San Francisco City and County, Calif., Series 1978 A, sewer revenue bonds maturing Aug. 1, 1993 through Aug. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Sunnyvale, Calif., Series 1983, municipal improvement revenue bonds maturing Feb. 1, 2005. $8.075 million called at 103 on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Manchester, N.H., Series 1983, general obligation bonds maturing Feb. 1, 1994, through Feb. 1, 2002. $1.345 million called at 103 on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Lakewood, Ohio, Series 1983, hospital improvement revenue bonds maturing Feb. 1, 1994, through Feb. 1, 1996, Feb. 1, 2002, and Feb. 1, 2014. All outstanding bonds called at 103 on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Portland, Ore., Series 1983, sewerage facilities revenue bonds maturing Feb. 1, 1994, through Feb. 1, 2003. $9.385 million called at 102 on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Montgomery County Hospital Authority, Pa., Series 1983, hospital revenue bonds (Sacred Heart Hospital of Norristown Project) maturing Feb. 1, 1994, through Feb. 1, 1997, Feb. 1, 2001, and Feb. 1, 2013. All outstanding bonds called at par on Feb. 1, 1993.
