3 men crash party, assault 2 guests

An Arnold man told police that three men broke into his home in the 700 block of Mago Vista Road Thursday and hit two party guests with an ax handle.

According to the police report, David McFarland, 20, was having a party at his home when three unidentified men forced their way in shortly after 2 a.m. and hit two of his guests with the wooden handle.

The suspects ran out the front door, got into a Ford Bronco and drove away.

Neither victim was seriously injured. Police have no suspects.


* Severna Park: Vandals smashed the windshield of a 1992 Mitsubishi parked in the 1100 block Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. Wednesday night. A sharp object was used to scratch the passenger-side window.

* Severna Park: A resident of the 200 block of Ullman Road reported to police that someone used a pellet gun to blast out the passenger-side window of his 1992 Chevrolet that was parked in front of his home Sunday.
