Cub Scout Pack 269 sponsored by the Four Seasons Women's Club recently held a meeting at Four Seasons Elementary School.

Cub master Mark Hagensick awarded the Bobcat badge to Justin Mastrangelo and Chase Waddell. The Webelos badge was earned by Sean Brynes, Brett Bosher, Matt Coulter, Kevin Farber, Brad Hurst, Michael Innes, Bart Maxwell, Matt Seaton, Marty Shatzer and Sean Linton. Weblos activity badges were presented to Joseph Danahy, John Hamrick Jr., Joseph Napier-Carr and Mark Tyler, scientist; Seaton, fitness; Hurst, traveler; Innes, outdoorsman; Brian Bartimo, artist, citizen and communicator; and Linton, outdoorsman, artist, citizen and communicator.

The cub master also awarded the recruiter badge to Kevin Zoblisein. Sports awards were presented to the following: Joey Frykman, sports letter, soccer pin and soccer belt loop; Patrick Carey, Craig Maley, Lovett Roberson and Andy Walther, soccer pin and belt loop; Matt Coulter, physical fitness pin; Freddy Downing, archery belt loop; Byrnes, Hurst and Seaton, bowling belt loop; and Michael Treffane, baseball, basketball and soccer belt loops. Dean Danahy earned a music belt loop and academic award.

The Odenton Elementary School chorus performed at the World Concert on Dec. 1 at the Kennedy Center. Sponsored by the Music Educators National Conference, the program was taped and will be televised on PBS at 1 p.m. March 11.

Four MacArthur Middle School instructors are included in the 1992 edition of "Who's Who Among America's Teachers." Honored were social studies teachers Peggy Baldwin and Robert Smith, math teacher Fran Olin and instrumental music teacher Bobby Turner.

Two Christmas Eve services are planned at the Ark and Dove Presbyterian Church, 1350 Blair Drive in Arundel Crossing West. The 6 p.m. service will include a Christmas drama and carols. A traditional service with lessons and carols is planned for the 8 p.m. service. Nursery care is available. Information: Pastor Tim Stern, 674-6400.
