The South Carroll Adult Day Care Center in Eldersburg is offering free transportation for clients in the Manchester, Hampstead and New Windsor areas, said Director Judy Carpenter.
The transportation is wheelchair-accessible, she said.
The South Carroll Adult Day Care Center offers Carroll County residents activities in a supervised setting, with nurses and social workers in attendance, Ms. Carpenter said. The center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
