Travel film series offered by Rotary

The Severna Park Rotary Club is offering a four-week series of motion pictures narrated in person by world travelers this February.

The 90-minute adventure and travel films, called Travelogue, will be the fourth such series offered by the club, said Roger Carlquist, the project's director.

"We would entertain a money-back guarantee if you're not happy," he said. "We're that certain people will be pleased with the programs."

The travel programs will be offered at 2 p.m. on four Sunday afternoons in February in the Severna Park High School auditorium. The cost for season tickets is $15, or $5 per program. Tickets are on sale now at Severn Travel.

A drawing for a $300 gift certificate, will be held Feb. 28.

This year's titles include: "Intracoastal Waterway -- Virginia to Key West;" "Forever England;" "Italy -- Tip to Toe" and "Wild Rivers -- USA to USSR."

Any profits will be used to help support local nonprofit organizations. Information: 647-8933.
