* Town Center: 10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: A vehicle's rear vent window was broken Sunday, and $390 of clothing and $210 of dinnerware were stolen.

5500 block of Vantage Point: Someone wrote "whimp" on the side of a 1982 Buick Century Saturday.

10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: A passenger side window to a 1991 Honda Prelude was smashed Nov. 23, and someone stole a $150 brown leather briefcase and an $850 round-trip Continental Airline ticket to San Francisco. The plane ticket had open booking.

10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway: A woman's wool coat, a Zenith TV monitor and a Zenith videocassette recorder -- all gift wrapped -- were stolen from the rear seat of a 1991 Honda Accord Saturday afternoon. There was no sign of forced entry.

* Wilde Lake: 10700 block of Green Mountain Circle: Someone attempted to break into a residence by separating the door molding from the door.
