PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of seven issues totaling more than $77.7 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Dougherty County School District, Ga., Series 1985, general obligation bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994 through Jan. 1, 2001. $2.775 million called at 103 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Redwood County, Minn., Series 1984, general obligation bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994 through Jan. 1, 2000. All outstanding bonds called at par on Jan. 1, 1993.

Redwood County, Minn., Series 1981, general obligation bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994 through Jan. 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at par on Jan. 1, 1993.

Hardeman County, Tenn., Series 1983, general obligation bonds maturing Feb. 1, 1994 through Feb. 1, 2002. $1.065 million called at 102 on Feb. 1, 1993.

* Seattle Industrial Development Corp., Wash., Series 1990, floating rate demand revenue bonds (Arctic Alaska Seafoods Project) maturing Sept. 1, 2010. $7.5 million called at par on Jan. 4, 1993.

* Seattle, Wash., Series 1983, Municipality of Metropolitan Seattle Sewer Revenue Bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994 through Jan. 1, 2008, and Jan. 1, 2013. $42.16 million called at 103 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Washington State Public Power Supply System, Series 1975, Project No. 1 Revenue Bonds maturing July 1, 1993 through July 1, 2000. $24.2 million called at 102 on Jan. 7, 1993.
