Baltimore City

SHOOTING: Central District -- Christopher Royster, 18, of the 500 block of Yale Ave., is listed in good condition at the Maryland Shock Trauma Center after being shot twice in the buttocks early today in the 500 block of W. Hoffman St. Police said Mr. Royster refused to give them information about the man who shot him or why he was shot.

ROBBERY: Central District -- Two men, one with a gun, robbed a Duvall Avenue man of $60 at a 24-hour teller machine in the 19900 block of N. Charles St. Monday evening. The pair drove off in a red Pontiac with Virginia plates.

ASSAULT: Central District -- A resident of the 2200 block of St. Paul St. was slashed at by a man armed with a knife when he attempted to break up a robbery near his home Monday evening.

ROBBERY: Central District -- A man robbed a West 25th Street resident of a portable TV, clothing and other personal items, all valued at $250, near her home about 1 a.m. Tuesday.

ASSAULT: Northeastern District -- A woman who lives in the 5200 block of Ivanhoe Ave. was walking in the 3200 block of The Alameda over the weekend when a motorist pulled up to the curb and ordered her into the car. The woman hurried away, and the man drove off.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A VCR valued at nearly $500 was stolen from a house in the 1300 block of Lakeside Ave. over the weekend by someone who entered through a back door.

CAB HOLDUP: Northeastern District -- A man who implied he had a gun robbed a Diamond cab driver of $60 in the 4400 block of Mannesota Ave. Sunday morning.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Stereo equipment valued at more than $1,000 was stolen Sunday after someone broke into a late-model Sterling in the 3400 block of Ravenwood Road.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A gunman robbed a McDonald's fast-food outlet in the 4500 block of Erdman Ave. of an undisclosed sum Saturday night.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Jewelry valued at more than $1,000 was stolen from a house in the 5200 block of Moravia Road over the weekend by someone who entered through a second-floor window after climbing over a wall.

CAB HOLDUP: Northeastern District -- A Royal cab driver was robbed of his taxi and $10 Sunday morning in the 5200 block of Eastbury Ave. by a man who implied he had a gun.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- Tools valued at more than $4,000 were stolen over the weekend from an outdoor storage shed at the Dominic Home Improvement Co. in the 5000 block of Pulaski Highway.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- Stereo equipment valued at nearly $7,000 was stolen from the entertainment room at the Holiday Inn in the 5500 block of Frankford Ave. between Nov. 28 and Dec. 5.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 1800 block of Freedom Way North was robbed Sunday night of a beeper and several pieces of jewelry, all valued at $863, by a gunman who stopped him near his home and asked if he had any drugs.

BURGLARY: Northeastern District -- A telephone, TV, watch and music tapes, all valued at $150, were stolen from a house in the 3900 block of Sinclair Lane Sunday night by someone who entered through a window.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- A man entered the Erdman Deli in the 2900 block of Erdman Ave. Sunday and asked for a pack of cigarettes. When the cashier opened a register, the man stole an undisclosed sum.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 1300 block of Cedarcroft Road was robbed of her purse containing $32 Monday night when a man knocked her to the pavement while she walked near her home.

ASSAULT: Northeastern District -- A gunman fired a shot at a resident of the 700 block of N. Streeper St. during an argument on a parking lot in the 5000 block of Conant Way Sunday evening.

THEFT: Northeastern District -- A blue cover for a 1989 Chevrolet was stolen Monday night in the 2600 block of Roselawn Ave. The cover was valued at nearly $200.

RAPE: Northeastern District -- A resident of the 3500 block of Dudley Ave. was raped after she was forced to accompany three men into a wooded area in the 1400 block of Filmore St. early Monday morning. The men escaped and the woman was taken to the Francis Scott Key Medical Center, where she was treated and released.

ROBBERY: Northeastern District -- Two men, one with a gun, robbed a resident of the 4500 block of Calumet Court of jewelry and cash, all valued at nearly $1,200, in the 5300 block of Sipple Ave. Sunday night.

SHOOTING: Southwestern District -- A resident of the first block of S. Calverton Road was shot in the leg early Sunday in the 2200 block of Booth St. by a man who demanded money. The victim was treated at St. Agnes Hospital and released.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed a resident of the 3300 block of Avondale Road of an undisclosed sum Sunday afternoon.

ROBBERY: Northwestern District -- A gunman robbed a Winner Avenue resident of cash and personal items Sunday night in the 5400 block of Park Heights Ave.
