PRINCETON, N.J. -- Municipal bond issuers announced yesterday the early redemption of 12 issues totaling more than $75.4 million.

0 The issues being called are: * Marshall County Hospital Board, Ala., Series 1983, hospital revenue bonds (Boaz-Albertville Project) maturing Jan. 1, 2001, and Jan. 1, 2005. $8.04 million call at 103 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Moulton Niguel Water District, Calif., Series 1961, waterworks bonds maturing July 1, 1993, through July 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called on Jan. 1, 1993, at 101 plus a premium of 1/4 of 1 percent between the redemption date and the maturity date.

* Ascension Parish, La., Series 1982, pollution control revenue bonds (Borden Inc. Project) maturing Dec. 1, 2002. $34 million called at 103 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Waite Park, Minn., Series 1987, general obligation cross-over refunding bonds maturing Dec. 1, 1993, through Dec. 1, 1999. All outstanding bonds called at 101 on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Norris Public Power District, Neb., Series 1983 B, electric system revenue bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 1998, and Jan. 1, 2003. $1.61 million called at 102 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Gloucester County Industrial Pollution Control Financing Authority, N.J., Series 1978, pollution control revenue bonds (Monsanto Co. Project) maturing July 1, 2000, and July 1, 2008. $2.22 million called at 101 on Jan. 1, 1993.

rTC * Hamilton County, Ohio, Series 1985, hospital facilities revenue bonds (Christ Hospital Project) maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 2000, and Jan. 1, 2003. $29.515 million called at 103 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Hamilton County, Ohio, Series 1978, hospital facilities revenue bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 1997, Jan. 1, 2007, and Jan. 1, 2008. All outstanding bonds called at 100 1/2 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Series 1984 K, mortgage revenue bonds (Wilmington Woods Apartments Project) maturing Dec. 1, 1995. All outstanding bonds called at par on Dec. 1, 1992.

* Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority, Pa., Series 1991, solid waste revenue bonds maturing July 1, 1993, Jan. 1 and July, 1, 1994 through Jan. 1 and July 1, 1995, and Jan. 1, 1997. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Maryville, Tenn., Series 1986, general obligation refunding bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 1998. All outstanding bonds called at par on Jan. 1, 1993.

* Delafield-Hartland Water Pollution Control Commission, Wis., Series 1978, first mortgage sewer revenue bonds maturing Jan. 1, 1994, through Jan. 1, 1998, and Jan. 1, 2012. All outstanding bonds called at 102 on Jan. 1, 1993.
