Tepe commissioned Navy ensign
Navy Ensign Patrick V. Tepe, son of James C. and Agnes J. Tepe of the Village of Kings Contrivance, was commissioned to his present rank after graduating from Aviation Officer Candidate School at Pensacola Naval Air Station, Fla.
During the course at Naval Aviation Schools Command, Ensign Tepe studied sea power, seamanship, navigation, aerodynamics, engineering, officer development, aviation physiology, swimming, land and sea survival techniques, physical fitness and military indoctrination.
A 1986 graduate of Towson Catholic High School, Ensign Tepe holds a bachelor's degree from Loyola College.
He joined the Navy in May 1992.
