Columbia Council postpones town meeting on citizen survey

The Columbia Council has postponed the town meeting scheduled for tomorrow night, said Pam Mack, the association's vice president for community relations.

A new date for the meeting has not been set.

The council had planned to ask residents at the meeting for their thoughts on the results of a citizen survey compiled last month.

The town meetings are conducted periodically so that residents may suggest actions the council should take or critique current policies and plans.
