NEW YORK -- Baseball's ruling Executive Committee was t announce the formation of a committee today to look into the allegations of racist remarks against Cincinnati Reds owner Marge Schott.
The committee, which will include both league presidents -- Bill White and Bobby Brown -- a small group of owners from both leagues and National League attorney Robert Kheel, will recommend disciplinary action when the owners convene during the winter meetings in Louisville, Ky., next week.
