Football -- The Poly team will be host to a hospitality room for parents, alumni and former players on Thanksgiving morning in the gym. Call Charles B. Sullivan at (410) 235-5027.

Basketball -- The Maryland Special Olympics will offer a Basketball Coaches Training School Dec. 12 at Marley Glen Special School in Glen Burnie. Head coaches and assistants are needed. Call Mark Healy at (410) 931-4100.

Soccer -- The Baltimore Beltway Soccer League is forming leagues for the winter season in under-16, under-17 and under-19 age groups. Call Kevin Healey at (410) 515-0642.

Basketball -- The Atlantic Basketball Association, a new pro league, is looking to form a team in the Baltimore-Washington area. The season will run November to March. Call (908) 454-1204.

Wrestling -- Parkville Senior High is looking for head varsity coach for this year. Call athletic director Jesse Hannon at (410) 887-5430.

Basketball -- Mount de Sales Academy needs to schedule girls varsity games for Dec. 8 and Feb. 4. It also is looking for a November scrimmage. Call Bill Held at (410) 788-7044.

Soccer -- Applications are being taken for boys and girls 12-19 for the Red Army Basketball Shootout in Moscow, Aug. 1-10. Teams from the United States, Russia, Lithuania, France and Italy will compete in the 12-15 and 16-19 age divisions. Call Rik Seymour or Brett Stevens at (800) 999-2184.

Indoor soccer -- The Maryland Sports Arena is accepting applications for its 1992-93 winter indoor soccer sessions. Applications are being accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited league spots are available. For further information, call Bobby McAvan at (410) 538-KICK.
