Baltimore City

BURGLARY: Western District -- A window in a car in the 1200 block of Oakhurst Place was broken, and a radar detector and an AM-FM cassette player were stolen Tuesday.

THEFT: Western District -- Electric drills valued at $300 were stolen Wednesday morning from a car in the 300 block of N. Monroe St.

RAPE/ARREST: Western District -- Police arrested a man in connection with an alleged sexual assault against a woman inside a house in the 1700 block of N. Fulton Ave. Tuesday morning. The woman was released after treatment at Mercy Medical Center. Arveta Dwayne Johnson, 22, a resident of the house, was charged with first-degree sexual offense.

THEFT: Western District -- Hand and power tools, all valued at more than $1,000, were stolen from a car Tuesday or Wednesday while the vehicle was parked in the 2200 block of Madison Ave.

BURGLARY: Western District -- Property valued at more than $3,600 was stolen Wednesday from a construction company trailer in the 1300 block of W. North Ave.

THEFT: Western District -- Someone entered a house in the 1400 block of Mountmor Court Wednesday and stole a bike.

AUTO THEFT: Western District -- A 1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass was stolen Wednesday night from the 1700 block of W. North Ave.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A resident of the 1900 block of Herbert St. was robbed of $80 and $70 in food stamps in the 2300 block of Pulaski St. Wednesday by a man who threatened to strike her with his fists.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A television and a videocassette recorder, together worth nearly $600, and $15 were stolen from a house in the 1300 block of W. Lanvale St.

ASSAULT: Western District -- A resident of the 1100 block of N. Stockton St. was cut on the arm Wednesday by a woman while the victim was attempting to drive away from the woman's home after an argument.

THEFT: Western District -- Two men stole a leather jacket valued at $750 and $85 worth of food stamps from a house in the 2500 block of Francis St. Tuesday night.

THEFT: Western District -- Tools valued at $150 were stolen from a 1984 Chevrolet Tuesday in the 1500 block of W. North Ave. A window of the car was broken.

THEFT: Western District -- A VCR and TV, all valued at more than $700, were stolen from a house in the 1900 block of W. North Ave. Tuesday morning.

ASSAULT: Western District -- A visitor at a home in the 900 block of N. Carey St. hit a resident with a telephone Wednesday morning.

THEFT: Western District -- Police were seeking a 27-year-old woman who entered a house in the 2000 block of W. North Ave. Tuesday morning and stole $150 and a set of keys.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A clothes dryer valued at $350 was stolen from a house in the 1800 block of Kavanaugh St. early Wednesday morning.

AUTO THEFT: Western District -- A 1988 Isuzu was stolen from the 1000 block of W. Lexington St. between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

ROBBERY: Western District -- A Lauretta Ave. resident was robbed of $200 and hit with fists by a man in the 200 block of N. Carey St. Wednesday morning.

BURGLARY: Western District -- A full-length coat valued at more than $700 was stolen from a house in the 1100 block of N. Carrollton Ave. by a burglar who entered through a second-floor rear window.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A man robbed a Light Street resident of her purse containing $35 in the 900 block of S. Charles St. Wednesday morning.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A Cedar Mill Ave. resident was robbed of $10 Wednesday night by a man who attacked him from the rear in the 1400 block of S. Charles St.

BURGLARY: Southern District -- An undisclosed amount of money was stolen from a house in the 900 block of Honaker Court Wednesday by someone who entered through a kitchen door.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A resident of the 1400 block of McHenry St. was robbed of his gold chain early Wednesday morning by two men, one armed with a pistol, in the 300 block of S. Norris St.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A gunman robbed the Brooklyn market in the 900 block of E. Patapsco Ave. about 11 a.m. Wednesday of less than $100.

ROBBERY: Southern District -- A gunman robbed a deliveryman for Everfresh Distributors of an undisclosed sum of cash in the 200 block of Reedbird Ave. in Cherry Hill Wednesday afternoon.

BREAK-IN: Southern District -- Property valued at $115 was stolen from Vizzini's pizza shop in the 1200 block of W. Pratt St. early Wednesday morning.

ROBBERY: Southwestern District -- A gunman robbed a man of his wallet and an undisclosed amount of money near his home in the 3700 block of Wilkens Ave. Wednesday.

BURGLARY: Southwestern District -- Property valued at $700 was stolen from a house in the 4100 block of Mountwood Road between Sunday and Wednesday by someone who broke in through a window.

ROBBERY TRY: Southwestern District -- A Christian Street motorist's car was struck by a bullet fired by a gunman who tried to rob him in the 2000 block of Hollins St. Wednesday morning. The motorist drove off when the shot was fired.
