'Domestic Snakes': women and power

November 13, 1992|By Judy Rousuck

Washington-based performer Karin Abromaitis will reprise her solo work, "Domestic Snakes," at the Theatre Project, 45 W. Preston St., for eight performances beginning at 8 tonight.

This multimedia work employs movement, sculpture and text to explore symbols relating to women and feminine power.

First staged in this area at Towson State University in 1991, "Domestic Snakes" replaces the Theatre Project's previously announced presentation of "Walking on Sticks," which has been postponed. Performance times are 8 p.m. tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday through Saturday next week, with matinees at 3 p.m. this Sunday and next.

Admission is $14. Call (410) 752-8558.
