* Annapolis Junction: 10000 block of Junction Drive: A yellow 1988 Ford van that was rented from Ryder was stolen between Friday and Saturday.

* North Laurel: 9200 block of Livery Lane: A 1984 Pontiac Trans Am was

stolen Sunday. The Virginia plates are BIW-713.

* 9300 block of Davis Ave.: A door was kicked in between Thursday and Friday, and a saw was taken.

* 9200 block of Livery Lane: A passenger-side window of a 1984 Nissan 4-by-4 truck was smashed Wednesday and a $60 radar detector stolen.

* 9700 block of Washington Blvd.: Someone smashed a passenger-side window of a 1987 Ford Econoline van and stole $2,565 worth of items, including a $1,200 Craftsman mechanic tool box and tools, a $1,000 box of heating and air conditioning tools, and a $240 Black and Decker electric drill Saturday.

* 9200 block of Brandy Lane: Someone smashed a rear window of a 1992 Ford Mustang Saturday or Sunday.

* 9200 block of Livery Lane: A $100 windshield wiper assembly was stolen Saturday or Sunday.

* 9100 block of Canterbury Riding: Someone smashed the driver's side window of a 1981 Toyota Celica and stole two Pioneer speakers valued at $100 Saturday or Sunday.

* Savage: 9100 block of Thamesmeade Road: Someone smashed a driver's side window of a 1990 Nissan 240SX Tuesday or Wednesday and stole a $500 Sony CD player and AM-FM radio.

* Scaggsville: 8200 block of Leishear Road: A window screen was tampered with Sunday. A door was kicked in and a window frame broken. The vandal entered the residence, ransacked the interior and stole a VCR, Nintendo games and a baseball card collection.
