County's Most Wanted

The following are taken from a list of Anne Arundel's 10 most wanted fugitives, compiled monthly by the county Sheriff's Department. Anyone with information that could help locate these men should contact the department at 222-1189.

Christopher Allen Droll, 25, is wanted by Annapolis police on charges of robbery with a deadly weapon. Police say that on Nov. 23, 1991 he picked up a hitch-hiker, robbed him and threw him out of a moving van. The man suffered broken ribs, a skull fracture and a punctured lung.

Mr. Droll is 5-foot-11, 150 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes. His last known addresses are the 300 block of Cape Arthur Road in Annapolis and the 300 block of Manhattan Beach Road in Severna Park.

Samuel Marshall Fowlkes, 33, is wanted by Annapolis police on fourth-degree sex offense and battery charges. Police said he assaulted a woman spending the night at his home in the first block of Clay Street April 11. He is 5-foot-9 and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Barry Garfield Bowers, 32, is wanted by state police in Annapolis on charges of child abuse, second-degree sex offense and battery. Police said he assaulted a 6-year-old girl repeatedly between 1987 and 1989 in Crownsville.

Mr. Bowers is 5-foot-8, weighes 140 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. He has a scar on his face.
